Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) belongs to the family of chemical compounds known as Retinoids and is one of the most important ingredients for the appearance of the skin. These powerful molecules interact with collagen and elastin and in tandem with Vitamin B3, improves the appearance of aging skin, wrinkles, and fine lines while oil secretion in sebaceous glands is regulated.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and nutrient that plays an essential role in collagen activity, the connective tissue that makes up 70% of our skin. It has as been shown to help counteract sun damage, wrinkle formation and help stabilize skin’s natural loss of elasticity. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) helps improve the appearance of pigment irregularities (melasma) commonly known as sun damage, age spots and “pregnancy mask”. 

Sericin Silk is a unique protein with antioxidant and anti-UV radiation benefits.  It binds to impurities on the skin without disturbing living cells and assist the active ingredients in staying present on the face.  Sericin Silk, along with Vitamins D and E, decreases inflammation and increases skin’s moisture content improving smoothness and suppleness.
